I agree with Cassie in that we could all benefit from this sort of mentality; that we can all be better, and rhetoric is the way of doing so. However, in reference to your question, law, medicine, and public relations are some of the fields that stand out to me. If everyone could adopt the idea of striving to be a "better version of themselves" I think there would be improvement in a lot of areas of life.
I agree with both Cassie and Devyn. His definition of rhetoric gives people the opportunity to reflect on their actions and progress from that in relation many things.
This could help to set examples for an all around ethical way of living.
