I think there is honesty and moral consideration involved in rhetoric because the use of rhetoric involves persuasive elements. By using rhetoric you are trying to shape the world around you by some means of communication and you have to think about how that will affect others. This follows with the question of what are you planning to use rhetoric for. Based off of Gorgias you can see that rhetoric in its earliest form dealt with deception and you should always question what you are seeing. The sophists were using rhetoric in language to manipulate and change but that is when you should factor in morality and honesty to help in your efforts to achieve what you want.
